River North Icehouse is owned and operated by TKW Hospitality Group, in partnership with AREA Real Estate. We’re the official icehouse of the River North District – a lively, mixed-used, urban neighborhood centrally located between the Pearl and Downtown. Anchored by the San Antonio Museum of Art, the one-mile river bend district features a variety of restaurants, cultural attractions, nightlife, residential and commercial spaces.
